01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing luck789.click or any sub-page of the Luck 789 platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing a bet in any section of the platform — including but not limited to Sabong, Jackpot Slots, Bingo, Fishing Games, MMA Betting, and Boxing Betting — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms are legally binding. If you are acting on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Luck 789 recommends that all members save a copy of the current Terms for their own records.

Acceptance of these Terms is a continuous condition of your use of the Luck 789 platform. Continued use of any feature of the platform after any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at Luck 789, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Luck 789 operates a strict minimum age policy and conducts identity verification to enforce this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable laws at the time of accessing or using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of Luck 789 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any service designed to disguise or alter your actual geographic location.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Luck 789 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by decision of Luck 789.

03Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Luck 789 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different contact details and devices — is a serious breach of these Terms. Luck 789 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all such accounts may be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals may be voided, and bonuses may be forfeited without notice.

Registration Information

When registering at Luck 789, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. You must update your registration information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck 789 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Luck 789 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Luck 789 support immediately at support@luck789.click.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Luck 789 is required to verify the identity of members before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. Accepted verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership where required. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Luck 789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Luck 789 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment account used must belong to and be verified in the name of the registered Luck 789 member.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at Luck 789 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for individual payment methods are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered to the member's account. Standard withdrawals to GCash or Maya typically process within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals above ₱1,000,000 or withdrawals on accounts with pending identity verification may take longer and are subject to additional review. Luck 789 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Anti-Money Laundering

Luck 789 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Members may not use the Luck 789 platform to transfer, conceal, or clean funds derived from illegal activity. Luck 789 reserves the right to freeze, hold, or report transactions that trigger compliance concerns without prior notice to the member involved.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Luck 789 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus at Luck 789, you confirm that you have read and accepted the associated bonus terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use of the Luck 789 platform and may not be claimed for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging, arbitrage).
• Each bonus offer is available once per member, household, IP address, device, and payment account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to a different account.
• Luck 789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already qualified, the member's existing entitlement under that promotion will be honoured.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be completed within the specified validity window. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited.
• Luck 789 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings from any member suspected of abusing the bonus system. Findings of bonus abuse may result in account suspension.

06Betting Rules

All bets placed at Luck 789 are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. Luck 789 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or voided as described below.

Void and Refunded Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event the bet relates to is cancelled before it begins and is not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe; an official ruling declares the result invalid; or a manifest technical error in the odds or market setup is identified by Luck 789. In the case of Sabong, fight void rules follow the official ruling of the Sentenciador at the relevant cockpit.

Maximum Winnings

Luck 789 applies maximum single-event and single-session winning caps across betting sections. These caps are displayed in the relevant game rules or sportsbook terms for each section. Winnings exceeding the published cap will be paid only up to the cap amount. This provision applies to individual event bets, parlay accumulations, and jackpot game wins where applicable.

Errors and Mispriced Odds

Luck 789 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds, game configurations, or bet confirmations. Where a bet has been accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, Luck 789 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct price, void the bet and return the stake, or make such other adjustment as is reasonably necessary to correct the error. Luck 789 will not take advantage of manifest errors in members' favour.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Luck 789 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software tool to interact with the Luck 789 platform without express written consent.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Luck 789 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets using insider information relating to the outcome of a Sabong fight, sports event, or any other market available at Luck 789.
• Using the Luck 789 platform in connection with any unlawful activity including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Impersonating Luck 789 staff or representatives in any communication with other members or third parties.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any gains obtained through exploitation of a platform error must be reported immediately and will be reversed.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy described in Section 3.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

08Intellectual Property

All content published at luck789.click — including but not limited to the Luck 789 brand name, logo, visual design, written text, graphics, game interfaces, betting interfaces, promotional materials, and platform code — is the intellectual property of Luck 789 or its licensed providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Luck 789 platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of Luck 789 intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

09Privacy & Data

10Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to errors in game outcomes that result from certified RNG processes functioning correctly.

• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by circumstances outside Luck 789's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, platform maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from account suspension following a breach.

The Luck 789 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While Luck 789 makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security, no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is given or implied.

12Account Suspension and Termination

Luck 789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Detection of a duplicate account in breach of the one-account policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Member request for account closure.

On account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method after any required compliance review is completed. Luck 789 will not close an account with the primary intent of confiscating legitimate member funds.

13Amendments to Terms

Luck 789 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting member rights, payout conditions, or account rules in a significant way — Luck 789 will provide notice to members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required to address a legal or security concern.

Updated Terms will always be available at luck789.click/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is each member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Luck 789 holds its operating licence. Members who have a dispute with Luck 789 are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, members may request a formal review by submitting a written complaint to support@luck789.click. Luck 789 will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of the acknowledgement.

Luck 789 does not waive any of its rights under these Terms by failing to exercise them in any particular instance.
